What do I need to bring when I collect Remi?

You only need to bring clothes & food for the trip, the rest is sorted.

Does Remi have an electric hook up?

Yes - Remi has a 230V electric hook-up compatible with standard campsite pitches. A 25m cable is included so you have flexibility on where you park up.

Where do I pick up and drop off Remi?

Remi is based in Hammersmith, West London - around 30 minutes from Central London. The exact address is shared once your booking is confirmed.

Can I take Remi to a festival?

Absolutely - just bring her back in the same condition you found her.

Can I take Remi to Europe?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. Additional charges apply for mileage, insurance and breakdown cover.

Do I need to clean the van before returning her?

We deep clean Remi after every trip, but we do ask that you return her tidy and strip the bed linen before drop-off.

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Given the size of the van, we ask that you bring a dog bed and that the dogs are small to medium - if you're unsure, just get in touch before booking.
